Price direction trainer

We take a random slice of real MOEX history, hide the future and show you exactly what a trader would have seen that day: candles, moving averages, RSI, levels. You place your call - the chart reveals what happened next and honestly breaks down which signals held and which misled.

This is not gambling and not a trade signal. The point is to practise reading charts and to see, from your own statistics, how accurate technical analysis really is.

Trainer on real MOEX history

Which way will the price go?

This is a real slice of a Russian security's chart - we deliberately do not say which one or which year: the call has to come from the chart, not from what you remember about the company. Read the signals and make your call 20 trading days ahead.

Textbook mode shows charts where the signals agreed with each other and the price did follow them - handy for learning to recognise the pattern. But remember: that is a sample picked with hindsight. To see how technical analysis actually performs, switch to "As it really is" - there the charts come one after another, and the signals are wrong exactly as often as in real life.

Your statistics will appear here: how many calls you got right, and how many technical analysis itself got right. Comparing those two numbers is the whole point of the trainer.
The signals use the same formulas as our stock signals - RSI, moving averages, channel breakouts, volume.
