FAQ

How does payment work?

Online payment is not available yet: we are connecting a payment provider. To get a subscription now, write to info@fv.market and we will activate it manually. A 100% promo code activates the subscription right away. There will be no automatic charges after payments launch either: the subscription is renewed manually.

What happens when the subscription ends?

Your account returns to the Basic plan: all free sections and one portfolio remain available, and no data is deleted.

Can I cancel the subscription and get a refund?

Yes, at any time: email info@fv.market with your order number and we will refund the unused days. The procedure is set out in section 10 of the Terms of Service.

Are there promo codes?

Yes. There is a promo code field at checkout. Passing the final exam in the Learning section earns a personal 18% discount code valid for 30 days.
